🤖 What I'm doing right now: AI in QA
Most teams "use ChatGPT sometimes." I've spent the last year embedding AI as a teammate inside the QA process at Circularise. Four production processes I've built and shipped:
- Automated bug review — AI reads new bug reports and flags missing repro steps, environment, expected vs actual behaviour before triage. Triage time down 30%.
- Test case writing & prioritisation — AI proposes test cases from feature specs and ranks them by risk. Authoring time down 60%.
- AI-assisted test automation — Copilot + Claude Code in the loop for writing Playwright tests. Authoring time down 50%.
- PR review from the end-user perspective — Claude-based skill that reviews PRs against user-facing impact, not just the diff. Catches UX regressions line-by-line review misses.
